FAQs
Is MOTO just for motorcycle riders?
Nope! We’re a diverse group of people interested in welcoming all kinds of folks into our community. If you love old buildings, cool cars, or creating art, chances are, you’re going to find this place feeling like home.
Can I store a car there?
Unfortunately, we don’t have enough space (hard to believe with 14k sqft- we know) at the moment. We are working on car storage offerings in the future though, so stay tuned!
Are you open to the public?
We are open from 10am-1pm every single Sunday, year round for a weekly cars&coffee openhouse. Come see the space, get to meet some of our amazing Members, and try some of our fresh roasted coffee!
What is MOTO?
We’re a social club and coffee roastery first and foremost, but we are also an art gallery, cafe, and event venue. We offer the following perks for Members: tool suite, photo studio, upcoming recording studio, event space rental discounts, guest lectures, workshops, movie theater, office space, conference room and more!
How do I join?
Show up on any Sunday to explore the place, meet the people, and when you’re ready, just ask for Hunter. Paperwork takes about 15minutes, you’ll get your access code to the building and your Member welcome box!
When will the cafe be open to the public?
Very soon! We’re hoping to be ready to welcome you into the space with regular business hours by the end of 2025!

Serving the Detroit-ish region
From engineers to artists, our diverse community is made up of people who are proud to call Michigan home. Like the decades of industry shakers that came before us, MOTO is not just for dreamers, but for dreamers AND doers.
ATTENTION MICHIGAN MAKERS!
We’re building this brand from scratch, and are excited to share our space with other local craftspeople. If you make something here in Michigan, or know someone who does, reach out to us and let us know. We’re looking to support local makers and builders in a variety of ways, so give us a shout!
