“Idk, some fuel goes in, some mystical black magic happens, and BOOM, out comes horsepower.” -All of us at some point when learning about carburetors. In this workshop we’ll peel back the layers of intrigue and mystery that surrounds ‘the carb’, and by the end of it, that little unit attached to your engine will hopefully be a little less intimidating. All knowledge and skill levels are welcome. Even if you think you know everything about them, or if you’ve never even sprayed some starting fluid into one, there’s something in this lesson for everyone.

In this fun-filled class, you’ll:

+ Get a brief lesson about the history of carbs

+ learn about the science behind them

+ get your hands on real carburetors and learn the basics of maintenance, tuning, and syncing
